Keep Pushing, Even God Himself Never Promised It Would Be Easy

Keep Pushing, Even God Himself Never Promised It Would Be Easy

Keep Pushing

Ever thought of building a temple with the stones that life has thrown at you? Even God, our Father, never promised it would be easy, but He did promise we would never be alone. Keep pushing, every knockdown is a lesson that becomes part of the future that you will some day be proud of. Take these hits gracefully and learn the lessons..

Life can hit really hard. Each hit is like that of a hammer on red-hot steel, let it add strength to your character and forge a heart of gold in you. God gives challenges to those who are capable of fighting the odds in life because He knows that they are fighters who can build a temple with the stones cast at them.

Lord Mayor of Cork Terence MacSwiney made a quote while on a hunger strike in 1920. He said, “It is not those who can inflict the most, but those who can suffer the most who will conquer.” So if life gives you lemons, start making lemonade. No one will hit you harder than life itself. It doesn’t matter how hard you hit back. What matters is how much you can take, how harder you can keep fighting, how much you can suffer and how steady you can keep moving forward.

The Power of Positive Thinking and the Choice to Remain Positive

Be resilient. When you keep pushing and believing that a negative situation is temporary and wrong will give you the impetus to do something about it, to feel righteous and energetic about fixing it. See a situation as unacceptable, as taking you away from wholeness, and you will be motivated to get out of it as quickly as possible. Be courageous against all odds, have faith in yourself and never give up.

You can’t stop life from throwing stress and hardship your way. It’s truly inevitable. But you absolutely can control how you react to them. Growing to be stronger and open-minded to prevent it from happening in  future is the way to go.

Life is like a boxing match. You don’t lose if you keep getting up again and again, no matter how many times you’re knocked down. One of the hardest things to do when life hits us hard is not to see ourselves as victims. It is very important to change this victim mentality so that we can believe again that we are self-sufficient to better the situation, and even to make the best of it. Even if we bounce back more harder and life hits us again, we must keep moving and never give up.

Yes, to keep pushing, to keep moving forward is the issue. Bouncing back is the issue. Enjoying the journey is the issue. Life will hit one day, pat you another day, that’s its nature. It will test you at every step, you just need to keep going because after everyday sunset there is always a sunrise! So keep moving irrespective of the hits. Strong and good people don’t just emerge. They are sculpted by what they have to face and they get through by doing the best they can with the cards that life deals them.

“If you can take it, you can make it.”

Tenacity—life challenges build true grit.
You fall, you learn, you keep moving, keep loving, and keep sharing. What else do you have to do in this life but to keep pushing and moving forward?
