Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up the soul of Bishop Carlton Pearson to you, He is faced suffering and died of prostate cancer. In our prayer for Bishop Carlton Pearson, We pray that your will be done in his life, and we ask for your mercy and repose of soul to be with you during this time that he has left us. We trust in your will, knowing that it is perfect. Grant him eternal peace, comfort, and encouarge us during this difficult journey. May your healing presence be evident in the life of all those he left here on earth, and may we all continue to serve your purpose with faith and resilience. The Netflix Movie – Come Sunday was based on his transition from orthodox Pentecostal and Evangelical ministry to him embracing a more inclusive theology.
Bishop Carlton Mentored numerous clergymen including Bishop TD Jakes and gave him his first TV platform.
In 2020, he told a follower “Owning and honoring your truth is the primary essence of freedom and soul liberation. Stay our course my brother!!!!”
The last few days has been difficult for lovers of Bishop Carlton – and it’s even more difficult for Bishop’s family.
